SafeHands charges a one‑time Intake & Matching Fee to begin the caregiver matching process.
Intake & Matching Fee:
$150 (one‑time)
Coordination Support (optional):
$150–$450 per month depending on level of support (If using Coordination support the Intake & Matching Fee is waived)
(Only applies if you choose a Coordination Case)
Caregiver Pay:
Caregivers are paid directly by the family. Rates vary based on experience and care needs.
Some families prefer SafeHands to help manage scheduling, communication, and ongoing support. If you choose a Coordination Case, your monthly fee is based on how many hours of care you need each week.
Tier 1 — Up to 20 Hours/Week
$150/month
Includes:
• Light scheduling support
• Occasional communication
• Monthly check‑ins
• Backup caregiver support for call‑outs
• Basic stability support
Tier 2 — 21 to 40 Hours/Week
$250/month
Includes:
• Weekly scheduling
• Regular communication
• Backup caregiver support for call‑outs
• Handling schedule adjustments
• More active involvement
Tier 3 — 41 to 80 Hours/Week
$350/month
Includes:
• Full weekly scheduling
• Frequent communication
• Backup caregiver support for call‑outs
• Ongoing schedule adjustments
• Multi‑caregiver coordination
Tier 4 — 81 to 168 Hours/Week (24/7 Care)
$450/month
Includes:
• Full schedule management
• Daily communication if needed
• Backup caregiver support for call‑outs
• Complex schedule oversight
• Long‑term case stabilization
The intake fee is non‑refundable once matching begins. If SafeHands is unable to provide at least two caregiver options that meet your stated needs, we will issue a full refund.
