SafeHands Care Network was created with one mission: to put families back in control of their home care. After years of hands‑on experience in the field, we saw how often families felt overwhelmed, rushed, or pushed into decisions that didn’t feel right. SafeHands was built to change that.
We believe care should feel personal not corporate.
We believe families deserve transparency, choice, and support.
We believe caregivers deserve respect and fair opportunities.
SafeHands is a family-centered coordination service that helps match caregivers, guide families through the home care process, and provide ongoing support every step of the way.
Our approach is simple:
Clear communication. Honest guidance. Real people helping real families.
Meet Scottie McPherson
Founder & Care Coordinator, SafeHands Care Network
My journey in caregiving started long before SafeHands existed. I spent over 10 years working as a CNA in nursing homes, and during that time I saw the same heartbreaking problems again and again residents not getting the attention they deserved, caregivers stretched thin, and families feeling helpless. I loved my work, but I knew the system wasn’t giving people the care or dignity they needed.
I moved into home care, hoping it would be different. But I quickly saw a new set of problems:
• Agencies overcharging families
• Sending any caregiver to a home just to fill a shift
• Not trying very hard when there was a call‑out
• No consistency, no communication, no accountability
Families were stressed. Caregivers were burned out. And the people who needed help the most were caught in the middle. That’s when I knew something had to change.
I created SafeHands to bring honesty, consistency, and real support back into caregiving.
My approach is simple:
Treat families with respect, treat caregivers like humans, and build a system that actually works.
I stay personally involved in every case from the first phone call to the final caregiver match. I take the time to understand your loved one’s needs, your routines, and the personality that will fit best in your home.
SafeHands isn’t a corporation. It’s a community‑based service built on trust, compassion, and real experience.
Thank you for trusting us with your family.
It’s an honor to serve our community.
